Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle various customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on unresolved issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service and operational procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Timing : Ability to work full time at night ( 7pm – 5am )
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred (3 to 6 months).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
